Converting Customers
Outlook Express Email Accounts to NTS New Domain Hosting
System
- Open Outlook Express
- Click Tools -> Accounts
- Click the Mail tab
- Double click the account to be converted.
- On the Advanced tab, under the Delivery
section, make sure “Leave a copy of messages on the server” is
unchecked.

- Click OK
- Click Close
- Click Send/Receive mail. This will download
the remaining pop3 email on the nts-online.net account.
- Click Tools -> Accounts
- Click the Mail tab
- Double click the account to be converted
- Click the Servers tab.
- The incoming mail (POP3) setting will be: pop3.yourdomain.com.
The
Outgoing mail (SMTP) will be smtp.yourdomain.com.
For Incoming
Mail Server Account name, the user name will be your full email address,
such as
johndoe@yourdomain.com
Please make sure that you check the checkbox on the below
image that says, “My server requires authentication.”

- Click OK
- Click Close
- Send a test message and make sure the converted
account is working.
