Setting up New Email Account with Outlook 2003 for NTS New Domain Hosting System

1. Click on the Tools menu and then click on Email Accounts.

2. Select the “Add a new email account” radio button and click Next.

3. Select POP3 server and click Next.

4. Type in your settings.
1. POP3 Server: pop3.yourdomain.com
2. SMTP Server: smtp.yourdomain.com
3. Email: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
4. Username: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com

5. Then, Click More Settings button.

6. Select the Outgoing Server tab. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Click OK.        

Please do NOT forget to check the checkbox and the radio button!

7. Click Next

8. Click Finish
